Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • To Assist CRO, in coordinating meetings, presentation,and other office related events; send reminders regarding upcoming  appointments,
  • Taking meeting minutes, following up on work to be done,
  • Making sure that follow-up is in place for outstanding items discussed at the meetings held by CRO, by working with second layer Risk Leaders individually,
  • Arranging and scheduling travel plans,when required,
  • Manage communication of information in and out of the office; prepare correspondence letters, emails, memos, etc. (paper and electronic); prepare outgoing mail for executives
  • To assist in preparation of presentation materials, using powerpoint/ excel/ word where necessary,
  • Support Risk Function's implementation of Target Operating Model ("TOM"), including the automation and digitalization initiatives taken at Risk Function,as part of TOM,
  • Proper house-keeping of the records and filling,
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment- repair or replace malfunctioning equipment and to hire technicians when required,
  • Monitor office supplies; order and re-stock as needed,
  • Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times, and Other ad-hoc jobs as required under Risk Function

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Administration or Management or equivalent,

  • Fluency in English,both written and spoken, is required

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (powerpoint, excel, word),

  • 3 years' work experience in administrative/liaison work .
