Job Description

  1. Ensure all payments for suppliers can proceed in time.
  2. Monitor with ERP software for goods issuing and receiving.
  3. Communication with warehouse staffs to ensure proper working order.
  4. Responsible for preparing shipping documents such as commercial invoice, packing lists and shipyard material receivers.
  5. Carry out clerical work, including typing proofreading, and editing documents, correspondence, and reports for assigned.
  6. Cooperate and dealing with 3rd party logistics services such as MIC applying process, custom clearance, and documentation process.
  7. Able to understand and follow the instructions of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and relating SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) of logistics department.
  8. Handling the enrollment of merchandise/output information, payments and also responsible for coordinating with the relevant officials to promptly implement import/export issues by supervising of Head of Department.

Job Requirements

  1. Age: Under 35.
  2. Able to speck/communicate by English language.
  3. Multi-tasting skill and Proficient in computer skills.
  4. Any Graduate, Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain.
  5. Minimum (3) years working experience in Logistics Field.
  6. Positive attitude towards work and able to work under pressure.
