Logistics Management: Oversee and manage the entire shipping process, transportation, delivery, stock management, purchasing and warehousing in energy projects,
Carrier Relations: Coordinate schedules amongst shipping lines, ports, and other relevant parties
Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and comply with international and domestic regulations.
Coordination: Serve as the point of contact for internal teams regarding shipping statuses and logistics issues.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any shipping or logistics challenges that arise, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Reporting: Prepare and analyse logistics reports to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate.
English Communicate level.
At least (2) years of experience in Cargo importation process from oversea (Sea Freight,
Air Freight, Border Trade) logistics, Import License, Custom clearance, or a similar role.
Proficiency MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mind-set.
Knowledge of international shipping regulations and practices.
