Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Able to assist the overall process of import license application
  • Able to assist for the preparing and checking the Shipping documents for import/ export  
  • Coordinating with project team, shipping lines, forwarding agent and customer clearance team
  • Performing administrative tasks such as maintaining records of shipments, updating databases of inventory and filing.
  • Able to assist the others duties of administrative tasks

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate, especially with Logistics background will be advantage
  • At least 2 years experience in specific field
  • Must have good communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English 4 skills and MS office
  • Be enthusiastic to learn and adapt quickly in challenging working environment
  • Requires to have a good interpersonal and communication skills.
