An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible and accountable for customer order fulfilment operation.
  • Ensure on-time and in-full deliveries of customers.
  • Arrange trucking, delivery and keeping proof-of-delivery in the system.
  • Enter sales orders into the SAP system timely
  • Computing and arrange trucking based on customer orders
  • Release/process the customer orders in the SAP system for warehouse loading operation.
  • Ensure on-time and in-full deliveries of the customer orders.
  • Keeping proof-of-deliveries in the SAP system
  • Deploy the required stocks to assigned branch to avoid OOS and Excess situations
  • Perform Goods Issue process in the SAP system for marketing and other activities.
  • Get transportation rates information in the market.
  • Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with all stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred logistics, supply chain management, operations management)
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, delivery or customer service operations
  • Experience working with an ERP system is a plus
  • Has in-depth knowledge in customer service and logistics operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic English language skill – can read & write
  • Willing to learn new skills and knowledge
