  • Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints.
  • Negotiate shipping fees with couriers.
  • Keep a meticulous record of shipment information.
  • Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
  • Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
  • Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor's degree.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.
  • Experience in overseas procurement, freight forwarding, logistics & shipping, incoterm, and customs clearance.
  • Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of the supply chain, from order processing to arranging shipment for importing.
  • Strong communication skills and the desire to build lasting relationships with suppliers worldwide.
