Responsibilities & Authorities

  • Manage the drivers’ roster to ensure coverage for all shifts and routes.
  • Monitor driver attendance and punctuality.
  • Supervise, support drivers by providing guidance with company policy, safety regulations, and required trainings.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all vehicles to ensure they are in good condition.
  • Schedule routine maintenance and repairs of the vehicles. Keep detailed record of fuel usage, vehicle maintenance and service history.
  • Assign vehicles and drivers to specific tasks based on operational needs and to meet the company’s service standards for client missions.  
  • Use fleet management software to monitor the utilization of fleet to optimize operations.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using fleet management software
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and logistics operations.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Education

  • Graduate or Degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field is preferred.

Working Experience

Proven experience in fleet management or a similar supervisory role.

Language skills

Good written and oral English skills
