Job Description

Participation in new opportunities (People Capability).

  • Responsible for machine running and to get high productive efficiency, to assist technicians in maintenance / replacement of equipment used in production. Compliance with safety, productivity, quality standards, maintenance procedures, data collection, housekeeping & cleaning.
  • Accurately perform the required procedures. Keep the work area clean. 5S and Visual Workplace.
  • Sub-group for Autonomous Maintenance
  • Prepare daily line startup checklist, OLQ record, downtime record
  • Knowledge transfer and skill development for themselves and their team.
  • Ability to work with others in the team to achieve the objectives of the plant. Understand the basic fundamental knowledge of GMP, Standards of safety and FP & R.
  • Support and participate in the maintenance of machinery under the maintenance plan (Preventive Maintenance)
  • Work as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • EDUCATION: Engineering graduate or A.G.T.I Diploma or Any gradute or High school (will consider on experiences and capability)
  • MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Fresh graduate or prefer 1-2 years of experiences in machine operator field
  • SKILL/KNOWLEDGE : Knowledge in Operational repair & maintenance of machine, Understand production techniques in the Factory.
