Lead SME team and maintenance planner to make effective preventive/corrective /emergency maintenance, spare parts management system and support maintenance manager to organize and execute yearly maintenance plan within the manufacturing area to meet the plant ME % as per world class level.
First contact person with the OEM supplier / external service provider for the regular maintenance, emergency trouble shooting, yearly line overhaul, spare parts communication etc. Review and give the feedback to supplier performance, attend the supplier performance review meeting regularly with procurement team. Review and approve the spare parts requisition form, manage the safety stock of the critical parts not only in the system but also on ground level.
Lead the SME team to make improvement on Cost Saving Structure (EUR / WUR / Operational cost optimization / Innovation etc) within the manufacturing area and need to communicate/ involve with BIG for all the implementation project within the country. Lead the SME team and build the people capability to reduce external maintenance activity and speed up in house workshop for all kind of modification / innovation / optimization etc.
Build continuously improvement culture in SME team, lead the SME team using OE methodology. Building the safety culture in the SME team, ensure SMEs comply with CCPBM safety requirements. Build high GMP standards for maintenance office and maintenance workshop, meet 5S requirement. Working together with maintenance planners to do effective management of Spare Parts to optimize the inventory level and set up Critical A,B,C plan for systematic spare parts management system within the organization & also set up Systematic Preventive Maintenance program within the manufacturing area to maintain all the equipment/machinery in good condition with world class ME level.
Lead the SME team to do production line overhaul, retrofit and upgrade, advise on spare parts management to optimize the inventory level as per BIG guideline. Regular performance feedback session to all the team members and coaching them to get required skills and capability within the team which can support business continuity in the manufacturing area.
To support SMEs technical capability building, introducing the new technology, set up multi skills job rotation, capability assessments as per the plant 100 & WCM implementation plan for long term business strategy.

Job Requirements

Strong technical, analytical, and decision-making skills, Leadership/ Team Management Skills, Extensive knowledge in machines
At least 4 years’ related experience in manufacturing related industry
Bachelor of Engineering/ B.Tech/ AGTI (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronic)
Good Communication Skills in Local & English language
