Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure all machinery, equipment, and facilities are maintained in optimal working condition.

Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities to minimize downtime.

Monitor equipment performance, analyze recurring issues, and implement improvement plans to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments to support smooth factory operations.

Manage maintenance records, maintenance KPIs, and spare parts inventory systematically.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities.

Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to the maintenance team as needed.

Participate in installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment in the factory.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing or factory environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.

Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, preventive maintenance planning, and troubleshooting techniques.

Familiarity with PLC systems, industrial machinery, and factory utilities (air compressor, boiler, generator) is preferred.

Ability to manage and train maintenance teams effectively.

Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
