Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure all machinery, equipment, and facilities are maintained in optimal working condition.

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities to minimize downtime.

  • Monitor equipment performance, analyze recurring issues, and implement improvement plans to enhance reliability and efficiency.

  • Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments to support smooth factory operations.

  • Manage maintenance records, maintenance KPIs, and spare parts inventory systematically.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities.

  • Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to the maintenance team as needed.

  • Participate in installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment in the factory.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing or factory environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, preventive maintenance planning, and troubleshooting techniques.

  • Familiarity with PLC systems, industrial machinery, and factory utilities (air compressor, boiler, generator) is preferred.

  • Ability to manage and train maintenance teams effectively.

  • Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
