  1. The Management Trainee Program (MTP) develops high-potential graduates into future leaders through structured training, cross-functional exposure, and practical experience.

  2. Throughout the Future Leaders Development Program (FLDP), participants will be closely Mentored and Coached by experienced Coaches and Mentors.
  3. Support the planning and execution of trade promotions, campaigns, and in-store activations
  4. Assist in developing and implementing POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and merchandising guidelines
  5. Conduct regular market visits to monitor product visibility, pricing, and competitor activities
  6. Analyze promotion effectiveness and provide insights for improvement
  7. Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth execution at the outlet level
  8. Participate in structured training, job rotations, and mentorship programs

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Marketing, Business, Economics)
  2. Fresh graduate or less than 1 year experience,
  3. Strong academic background,
  4. Good English, (written & spoken)
  5. Strong numerical and analytical skills,
  6. Proficient in MS Office, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  7. Willing to work both in office and field,
  8. Good communication and presentation skills
  9. High integrity and discipline,
  10. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
  11. Team player with a positive attitude,
  12. Mature and self-confident,
