Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for OTT, DTT, and DTH platforms, including MOM, DOD, promotional events, and partnership activities.
Address day‑to‑day operational challenges with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop cohesive marketing campaigns.
Apply insights from issue resolutions to enhance processes and prevent recurring challenges.
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance and impact.
Prepare, track, and report on user acquisition data with actionable insights.
2. Product Development Support & Quality Assurance
Monitor market trends and coordinate with internal teams (Content Acquisition, OTT Content, Communications, Customer Service, etc.) to improve user experience across DTT/DTH and OTT ecosystems.
Stay informed on industry innovations and competitor activities to recommend new product ideas and enhancements.
Coordinate with product, technical, and customer-facing teams to verify alignment with quality expectations
Actively participate in product testing and UAT to ensure alignment between product experience and marketing strategy.
Collect and assess user feedback during testing to bridge gaps between product development and marketing
Ensure that all products, services, and marketing-related outputs meet established quality, safety, and regulatory standards before being released to market
Identify issues during QA reviews and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement by contributing feedback that prevents future quality deviations.
4. Ad-hoc and Assigned Tasks
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, demonstrating adaptability to evolving project needs.
Support other relevant tasks as assigned by the manager.
