JOB DESCRIPTION

A fast-growing bank in the country is looking for a manager-FP&A, who will be reporting to Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to provide internal financial reports, monitor budgetary control function as well as assist to business units. The person will also assist the FP&A team to increase a company’s efficiency and profitability by assisting with the formulation of both the medium and long-term financial plan.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilizing BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance.
• Maintaining daily data dashboard.
• Regular monitoring in budgetary control system.
• Preparing monthly reporting pack.
• Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost centre results.
• Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance.
• Communicating results and recommendations to Head of FP&A for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation.

• Completion of tertiary qualifications in a business or related field such as Bachelor of Business, Management, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or industry specific qualifications.
• ACCA part 2 or Diploma in Financial Reporting (DIFR) holders.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance department.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and background, preferably in Financial Services.
• Understanding the budgetary control and financial reporting is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in both English and Myanmar languages.
