Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

• Monitor suppliers for sustainability compliance performance and provide guidance to our partners
• Customer social audits, internal assessments and incident management
• Communicate social (e.g. BSCI), expectations and requirements to vendors, merchandising teams, customers and third parties
• Perform trainings with the factory to adopt new social requirements
• Manage and analysis risks in the production facility pool and drive factory compliance improvements by following legal obligations and company policies

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above, MBA or Masters in related field as Social Science, Politics, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management will be preferred
• 8- 12 years professional experience in compliance, ideally working for a buying house or in a global team
• Strong team player who can work independently and under pressure. Result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
• Travel is required
• Literate in Microsoft office programs
• Fluent English, Burmese in speaking and written (optional Chinese)
