To oversee and strengthen branch operational controls by reviewing audit findings,ensuring timely corrective actions, maintaining regulatory compliance and supporting branches for efficient and risk‐controlled operations.
Review internal and external branch audit reports, analyze findings, identify root causes and assess operational gaps.
Monitor and track corrective actions taken by branches after audit findings to ensure timely resolution and proper closure.
Liaise with branch managers and operation staff to ensure compliance with audit recommendations and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and manage matters related to Central Bank of Myanmar (CBM) inspections and audits, including preparation of required documents and follow‐up actions.
Develop, review and circulate operational instructions, guidelines and circulars to branches to improve operational control and compliance.
Review existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure effectiveness, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Propose improvements where necessary.
Provide guidance and clarification to branches on operational issues to ensure smooth and standardized processes.
Prepare periodic reports on audit status, outstanding issues, compliance tracking and operational risk matters for management review.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational and audit‐related matters efficiently.
Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and control

Job Requirements

Bechelor degree holder
preferably in branch operations, internal audit,compliance, or operation supervision functions.
Strong knowledge of branch operational processes and internal control systems, with the ability to identify operational gaps and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Proven experience in reviewing branch audit reports and tracking corrective actions until proper closure
Proven experience in SOP review, policy implementation and operational risk management, with the ability to provide effective operational guidance to branches
