Job Description

  • Carry out M&E building maintenance works in accordance with project requirements and technical standards.
  • Read, interpret, and prepare technical and working drawings.
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare Site Reports, Weekly Progress Reports, Quality Control (QC) Reports, and other related documentation.
  • Ensure maintenance activities are completed on schedule and in compliance with project timelines.
  • Coordinate and collaborate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor as required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, B.E (EP) is required.
    • Minimum experience in M&E building maintenance engineering is preferred.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
    • Ability to prepare reports using Pyidaungsu font.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Willingness to work overtime and travel to project sites when required.
