Job Summary
Seeking an experienced engineering professional to manage maintenance, utility systems, and project coordination. The role supports safe, efficient plant operations and continuous improvement across production and technical functions.

Key Responsibilities
● Plan and supervise maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure reliable plant operation.
● Coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities with internal teams and vendors.
● Monitor utility performance, machine efficiency, and downtime; recommend improvements to boost productivity.
● Support engineering projects, equipment installation, and commissioning activities within deadlines and budget.
● Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and HSE standards across all technical operations.
● Prepare reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation for management review.

● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
● 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, with proven supervisory or management exposure.
● Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, plant utilities, maintenance planning, and troubleshooting.
● Experience in project coordination, equipment installation, and commissioning is highly preferred.
● Good understanding of HSE practices, risk control, and industrial safety requirements.
● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage teams.
● Proficient in MS Office and able to prepare clear technical reports and maintenance records.
● Based in Yangon and willing to work at Dagon Myothit (Seikkan).
