M&E services and M&E project planning activities to ensure that the project design, implementation and completion are co-ordinate to meet overall timelines and the development objectives
Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings or topographical maps.
Have a well understanding on MEP Drawings and Materials
Have site experience on installation of Electrical and Plumbing & Sanitary
Review of M&E infrastructure masterplan
Prepare and submit M&E budgets estimates for ensuring effective cost controls during all project phases and cost tracking reports.
Co-ordinate for utilities services on the planning and provisions of water, electricity and Internet services
Manage, monitor and control M&E works, cost and project schedules
Develop and implement quality control programs.
Prepare M & E checklist and guidance. Report and update on planning and progress of M&E work
Experienced in schedule preparing and work plan monitoring and follow up such as work done percentage, daily material usage and report to the HOD for all M&E Daily Work done.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical.
Supervisory and management experience and 5 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of design, construction and installation of infrastructures works, buildings, facilities, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft office applications, Auto Cad and planning/scheduling programs
Strong knowledge of M&E details, & working drawings.
Experience in related M&E projects and design, generator/air-con units/lightening arrester for building, Building and Fire Safety Regulations
Must be self-driven and motivated to meet deadlines
Competence in qualitative and quantitative study design and implementation.
Strong initiatives with passion and drive to succeed
Good interpersonal and ability to communicate well internally and externally.
