Key Responsibilities

- Manage in developing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance plans for mechanical and electrical equipment.

- Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities according to operational requirements.

- Supervise maintenance and repair of machinery, pumps, motors, compressors, conveyors, generators, and other mechanical equipment.

- Supervise electrical maintenance activities for machinery, electrical panels, motors, control systems, lighting, and other electrical equipment.

- Supervise and support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of PLC-based control systems for production and operational equipment.

- Ensure maintenance activities are completed according to schedule and required standards.

- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring equipment breakdowns.

- Monitor team performance, attendance, discipline, and compliance with company procedures.

-  Maintain records of breakdowns, repair time, causes, and corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure availability of required spare parts.

- Monitor spare parts usage and maintain appropriate stock levels.

- Support cost-effective utilization of maintenance materials and equipment.

- Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history, inspection reports, and work orders

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.

· Professional engineering certification or relevant technical certification is an advantage.

· Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in M&E / Engineering / Maintenance.

· Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.

· Understanding of spare parts and maintenance inventory management.

· Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools.

· Strong organizational and leadership potential.
