. Social Media Content Oversight

  • Draw moodboards for weekly social media posts and make necessary arrangements (i.e. props, talent acquisition) required for the shoots. 

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, tone, and quality standards

 

Campaign Strategy & Sales Growth

  • Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales

  • Develop content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules

  • Stay updated on social media trends to produce relevant and eye-catching content

  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers when needed

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or luxury brands

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies

  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and branding

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies

  • Experience managing or mentoring a team is a plus
