Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager to help create interactions that increase engagement and enhance the job seeker experience.

Job Description

Content Management

• Publish content across digital channels in line the content schedule marketing campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, Viber, etc)

Social Media & Community Engagement

• Assist job seekers throughout their profile creation, job search journey on the platform, or any issues they may have
• Respond to enquiries received through page messages, post comments, and phone calls

Reporting & Insights

• Maintain accurate records of job seeker feedback and support requests through daily and weekly reports
• Prepare regular reports on community engagement, enquiries, and key insights

Marketing Support

• Assist the marketing team with events, campaigns, and other promotional activities as required

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and social media communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Professional proficiency in English and native-level fluency in Myanmar.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, customer engagement, or community management.
• Experience in recruitment marketing, career services, customer support, or online community management is an advantage
