Job Description

Handling incoming inquires through company's digital platform (tele-, website, online shops, social media, etc)
Creating online contents and scripts that have good impact and benefits on company's product/ services and image to the public on company's digital platform
Coordinating with respective sale department to achieve online sale through company's website and affiliate online platforms
Participating and initiating the public related events of the company occasionally (CSR event, Donation, etc)
Establishing good relationship with reliable public indentities (influencers) if necessary
Participating in in-house video making process if required
Any ad-hoc activities as instructed by the department manager

Job Requirements

Marketing related diploma
Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPt), Advance Excel, Adobe Pagemaker, Photoshop, illustrator
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Creativity and commercial awareness
Familiarity with social media and web analytics
Good understanding of market research techniques
