  1. Assistant Support:
    • Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager and Admission Head in day-to-day marketing tasks.
    • Execute tasks as per instructions and deadlines.
  2. Offline Marketing Activities:
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute offline promotional campaigns, such as:
      • College and school visits
      • Posters, banners, and roll-up placements
      • Event support (seminars, workshops, exhibitions)
    • Track and report the performance of offline campaigns.
  3. Competitor Research & Analysis:
    • Survey and research competitors’ marketing activities.
    • Prepare insights and recommendations to improve GUSTO’s marketing approach.
  4. Reporting & Monitoring:
    • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
    • Maintain records of all marketing activities and outcomes.
    • Support in monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns.
  5. Marketing Assistance:
    • Support marketing-related tasks, including coordination with vendors, and event support.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials are ready and delivered on time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under guidance.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with offline marketing channels and competitor analysis is a plus.
  • Proactive and willing to learn.
  • Team player with a flexible approach.
  • Interest in higher education marketing is a plus.
