  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategy .(online and offline) to generate sufficient leads.
  • Forecasts monthly, quarterly and yearly KPIs.
  • To meet the KPI, Designs campaigns and manage the implementation according to a prescribed budget.
  • Setup marketing team according to strategy and plan and train the team members.
  • Build a strong brand by using various possible relevant techniques.
  • Tracks and reports the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
  • Identifies, researches, and analyzes market trends to better understand the target audiences.
  • Monitors relevant data and provides timely reports to Management.
  • Engaging with outside agencies and vendors for the design and development of materials or events.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Marketing or related field.
  • Preferably from Education Service/Hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skill.
  • High energy level, positive outlook and enthusiasm.
  • Strong planning and reporting skills.
