Job Purpose:

  • As a leader of a Trade Marketing team, you play a significant role in planning, leading, and executing of AML’s nationwide Trade Marketing & Channel Communication campaigns in line with overall Sales & Communication strategy with the objective of achieving company’s revenue & growth KPIs.
  • The person needs to work well with multiple stakeholders in various campaigns, events, and be able to come up with initiatives which enable business growth.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute integrated branding and trade marketing strategies to achieve defined business objectives with annual operating plan in view.
  • Responsible to execute New Product Launches, Geo segmented Activations & Channel Events while coordinating along with cross functional teams.
  • Responsible to drive end-to-end visibility execution across nationwide to ramp-up the brand & channel visibility.
  • Implementation of channel communication plans to ensure awareness of products & services across the channels nationwide.
  • Plan and execute business promotion schemes for the product profile, product positioning & brand visibility in the market.
  • Provide inputs for sales strategy and business planning to enable the achievements of business targets for the Sales Group
  • Responsible for managing multiple vendors.
  • Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring spending efficiency and the effective allocation of resources across various trade marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Monitoring of trade expenses, tracking ROI of each campaign, and providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Be accountable and willing to do ad-hoc tasks/ projects as assigned from immediate superior level.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree (or) master’s in marketing, Business Management, Economics, or related field.
  • 7+ years' experience in Marketing/Trade marketing with at least 3 years of managerial level experience.
  • Must be goal oriented, flexible, and creative.
  • Ability to work under continuous pressure and ability to prioritize tasks as per the rapidly changing business dynamics.
  • Good knowledge of current trade marketing digital trends.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Professional Working Proficiency in English
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite & tools.
