To develop marketing strategies and deploy successful marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
To conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
To organize promotional events and analyze the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales.
To identify potential new markets and create and develop marketing plans.
To analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
To partner with product development and purchasing teams to estimate product demand.
To prepare and monitor marketing budgets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
To liaise with media to advertise and develop marketing platforms, including social media platforms.
To handle monthly reports on all marketing activity and results.
To create innovative advertising ideas and prepare weekly & monthly marketing plans.
Manage the content that the business posts to social media

Job Requirements

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
Must have worked in a management position (Team Leader, Department Head, Manager, etc.)
Must have at least 3 years of experience in Retail and real estate
Must be proficient in online marketing and social media strategy
