We are looking for a sales and marketing manager who plans to help promote and sell our company's products and create a competitive advantage for our company in the market industry. Sales and Marketing Manager responsibilities include creating unique sales plans; attractive advertisements; emails, and promotional literature; developing pricing strategies and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives. The Sales and Marketing Manager represents the company's brand and markets; and Drive strategies to increase product awareness by monitoring competitors and industry trends.

1. Collecting market data and trends to develop reports; Investigating and summarizing.
2. Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
3. Implementation of new sales plans and advertising.
4. Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
5. Recruiting to meet sales and marketing human resources objectives; training Scheduling; Coaching and managing marketing and sales teams.
6. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
7. Educational opportunities; conferences and workshops; Stay current in the industry by reading publications and maintaining personal and professional networks.
8. Conduct regular visits; Maintain relationships with key customers by understanding their needs and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

1. Marketing; mathematics Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Must have 3-5 years sales or sales experience and management experience.
3. Ability to work under pressure.
4. Must have Strong analytics; Organizational and creative thinking skills.
5. Must have Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
6. Data analysis and report writing must be done weekly, monthly, and annually.
7. Must be able to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
