An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Develop and execute an integrated marketing and go-to-market plan for Math Mentor, while strengthening the wider Zabai brand.
Define clear positioning, value propositions and messages for priority audiences, including students, parents, teachers, schools, tuition centres, NGOs and education partners.
Translate product features into simple, locally relevant benefits and calls to action in Myanmar and English.
Plan and manage Zabai’s social-media presence and content calendar across relevant channels, including Facebook, TikTok and other suitable platforms.
Develop and coordinate campaigns, posts, short videos, demonstrations, testimonials, promotions and launch activities.
Lead the development of a complete marketing and sales kit, including flyers, posters, roll-ups, presentations, product sheets, demo materials and event assets.
Plan school outreach, small promotional activations, partnerships and larger launch events in close cooperation with the sales and outreach team.
Establish practical systems for lead generation, campaign tracking and follow-up, working with the Junior Business Development Officer and relevant teams.
Track and report results such as reach, engagement, leads, demonstrations, trials, subscriptions, conversion rates and campaign costs.
Gather structured feedback and market insights to help improve product features, pricing, user experience and communication.
Coordinate closely with product, education, content, design, technology and management teams, as well as external suppliers when relevant.
Support marketing of Zabai’s wider portfolio of e-learning content, learning platforms and education services.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or another relevant field.
Relevant experience in marketing, brand development, product marketing or growth; experience in EdTech, education, technology or consumer services is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to turn strategy into campaigns, content, materials and measurable market activities.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and the Myanmar market.
Experience briefing or working with designers, video teams, content creators and external partners.
Strong writing, presentation and communication skills in Myanmar language; working proficiency in English is required.
Comfort with marketing analytics, campaign reporting and structured experimentation.
Energetic, creative and commercially minded, with a strong bias toward action.
Structured and disciplined, with the ability to build systems and follow through on multiple activities.
Curious about customers and comfortable speaking directly with students, parents, teachers and institutional partners.
Collaborative, adaptable and willing to contribute beyond a narrow job description during a product launch.
