Job Description (JD)

Supervise, manage, and oversee all marketing activities and the marketing team.
Develop and implement marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Monitor and evaluate sales and marketing performance to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
Prepare and present marketing reports and management reports.
Coordinate and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure effective implementation of marketing activities.

Job Requirements

Job Specification (JS) / General Requirements

Must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Must have relevant work experience in marketing.
Must possess strong leadership and team management skills to lead and supervise the marketing team effectively.
Must have excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Must be proficient in MS Office and capable of preparing and presenting reports.
Must have strong organizational and management skills, with the ability to plan effectively and achieve assigned targets.
