Lead and manage Marketing Staff & Sampling Teams.

Monitor competitor activity and brainstorming for potential improvements.

Organize and attend Marketing Events.

Provide general marketing support to Marketing Executive & Marketing Manager.

Assist to superiors to conceive & develop efficient, effective & intuitive marketing strategies.

Submit weekly and monthly reports related with Marketing Activities.

Perform jobs that assigned by the management time to time.

Support marketing execution, coordinate operational tasks, supervise sampling teams, and ensure smooth implementation of activation plans under the guidance of the Marketing Executive.

Team Support & Coordination

Supervise marketing staff and sampling teams for activation execution.

Support MKT Team with monthly sampling and branding strategy plans.

Execution & Event Coordination

Organize and attend marketing events with Activation & Brand Teams.

Execute MKT channel activation tasks as assigned.

Reporting & Administration

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity reports.

Track performance against targets and update the Marketing Executive.

Research & Market Support

Conduct basic industry and customer research with Sales Consultants.

POSM Operations

Coordinate POSM sourcing activities and support quality checks.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG industry.

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Able to travel and be stationed outside Yangon when required, based on project needs.
