Communication with agencies for ATL activities.
Implementation and follow up marketing and branding activities together with agencies.
Continuous monitoring and reporting competitor’s activities.
Measuring, monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of marketing plan.
Reporting and resolving Customer’s complaint.
Managing budget amount versus spending of the marketing activities.
Checking, controlling, arranging for flow of ordering, using, updating for sampling and any POSM requirements.
Communication with agencies for BTL activities.
Implementation and follow up merchandizing and promotion activities together with agencies.
Continuous monitoring and reporting competitor’s activities.
Measuring, monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of promotion and event plan.
Checking, controlling, arranging for flow of ordering, using, updating for sampling and any POSM requirements.
Implementing and monitoring the actual sales versus the targeted sales for an individual project, such as trip promotion and regional events.
Prepare individual proposal for individual activities and summarizing the expenses and reporting.
