Job Description
Design and develop a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with the requirements of various mathematics Olympiads.
-Conduct engaging and effective mathematics classes for students, focusing on problem-solving skills, advanced mathematical techniques, and Olympiad-level topics.
-Mentor and guide students to participate and excel in mathematics Olympiads, providing personalized coaching and support as needed. 
-Create and administer assessments to evaluate students' progress and identify areas for improvement.
-Organize and manage internal mathematics competitions to help students gain experience and confidence in competitive settings.
-Work closely with other mathematics educators and school administration to enhance the overall mathematics education program.
-Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students' progress, achievements, and areas needing attention.
-Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in mathematics education and Olympiad competitions.

Requirements and Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
-Proven experience (at least 3 years) teaching mathematics at the secondary or higher level, with a focus on Olympiad preparation.
-Strong understanding of mathematics Olympiad syllabi and formats.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to inspire and motivate students towards academic excellence.
-Experience in curriculum design and educational leadership is desirable.
-Certification or training in teaching methodologies and mathematics education is an advantage.
