  • Timetable Management
  • Prepare and distribute schedules to teachers and students.
  • Be sure to understand class schedules, exam dates, and assignment deadlines.
  • Promptly communicate any timetable changes to all stakeholders.
  • Reporting to Parents – Marks and Student’s Condition
  • Teacher and Academic Staff Attendance Management
  • Exam Planning and Coordination (Seating plan for exams, Staff Assign for Exam Sitting)
  • Exam Paper Management (Checking exam paper errors with teacher, Test paper production)
  • Announcing Test Date and Assignment Deadline, Course Outline Checking with teacher
  • Moodle Explanation to Students
  • Student Council Advisor
  • Room Management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in an academic or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems.
