Equipment Maintenance and Repair:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical equipment, including pumps, compressors, valves, conveyors, and filling machinery, to ensure reliability and longevity.
• Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to identify potential issues and address them proactively to prevent breakdowns.
• Respond promptly to equipment failures, troubleshoot mechanical problems, and perform repairs or replacements as necessary to minimize downtime.

Spare Parts Management:

• Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts, components, and consumables for mechanical equipment to support timely repairs and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory control teams to ensure availability of spare parts while optimizing inventory levels and costs.

Reliability Improvement:

• Analyze equipment performance data, maintenance records, and failure trends to identify opportunities for reliability improvement and efficiency enhancement.
• Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies, predictive maintenance techniques (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography), and condition monitoring programs to optimize equipment reliability and performance.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, mechanical codes, and industry standards in all maintenance activities.
• Conduct safety assessments of mechanical systems and equipment, identify potential hazards, and implement appropriate safety measures to mitigate risks to personnel and property.

Project Management:

• Plan and execute mechanical maintenance projects, upgrades, and modifications to improve equipment performance, efficiency, and safety.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and other departments to define project requirements, develop scope of work, and manage project timelines and budgets.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, work orders, and spare parts inventory using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or other tracking tools.
• Prepare maintenance reports, performance metrics, and analysis of equipment reliability and downtime for management review and decision-making.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in mechanical maintenance roles within industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably in the oil and gas, chemical, or food processing industries.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and components commonly used in tank terminals and filling operations.
• Proficiency in maintenance practices, troubleshooting techniques, and repair methods for pumps, motors, valves, and other mechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, mechanical codes, and industry standards relevant to maintenance operations.
• Project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute maintenance projects effectively.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
