Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Carry out hands-on repair, installation, and servicing of equipment and systems when required.
  • Monitor and inspect equipment and systems to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and records.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for repairs and upgrades.
  • Support energy-saving initiatives and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in planning and executing periodic shutdowns and overhauls.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance experience in commercial buildings, shopping malls, or office towers.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Hands-on technical skills for equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with building maintenance systems (BMS) is an advantage.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and during emergencies.
