Key Responsibilities
● Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities to support sales growth.
● Develop promotional campaigns tailored to the jewellery and gems market.
● Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and key accounts.
● Track market trends, competitor moves, and customer preferences to spot opportunities.
● Support the retail team with coaching, follow-up, and service quality improvement.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and appealing product displays.

● Age under 30.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
● Proven experience in sales, business development, or retail management.
● Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or FMCG is highly preferred.
● Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to create sales plans, meet targets, and manage customer-focused activities.
● Good understanding of market trends and promotional strategies.
● Proficient in basic computer applications and reporting.
● Able to work independently and guide a team with a manager-level mindset.
● Must be based in or willing to work in North Okkalapa, Yangon.
