Role Overview:
The Media Production Executive is responsible for executing all photo and video editing, managing shoot arrangements, and supporting creative content production across key channels. Working closely with the Brand & Media and Digital Marketing leadership, this role ensures high-quality post-production execution, smooth on-site shoot logistics, and adherence to brand standards from draft to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Editing

• Edit all raw video footage and photos to produce polished content for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the Brand & Media Assistant Manager and Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to execute requested design and video modifications.
Production Management & Shoot Coordination
• Oversee logistics for video and photo shoots, including scheduling and coordinating with camera operators.
• Serve as primary videographer or camera operator using available equipment when external teams are unavailable.
Post-Production & Content Polish
• Process, color-grade, and refine all final photos and video assets according to creative briefs and technical specifications.
• Maintain organized file structures and asset archives for easy cross-team access.
Reporting & Approval
• Submit all media drafts, schedule arrangements, and final assets directly to the Brand & Media Assistant Manager for review and final clearance.
• Provide regular updates on post-production timelines and shoot schedules.
Cross-Departmental Support
• Collaborate with both the Brand & Media Assistant Manager and Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to support aligned content strategies.
• Perform additional production, editing, or creative tasks as assigned by department management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Media, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in photo/video editing, content creation, or media production is an advantage.
  • Basic to good knowledge of editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, or similar software.
  • Familiarity with cameras, lighting, and basic photo/video shooting is preferred.
  • Good understanding of social media content, visual presentation, and current digital content trends.
  • Good communication, coordination, creativity, and time management skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Candidates with a creative mindset, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a portfolio or sample work are highly encouraged to apply.
