Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for MEP systems based on drawings and specifications.
Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works to support procurement and tender processes.
Monitor and control MEP costs throughout the project lifecycle, identifying variances and proposing cost-saving measures.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate pricing and compliance with contract terms.
Prepare financial reports, cost forecasts, and variation assessments related to MEP works for management review.

Job Requirements

Must have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Able to read, understand, and explain technical documents and contracts.
Understanding of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and their integration into construction projects.
Knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract for MEP works.
Experience in real estate, commercial buildings, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
Ability to collaborate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate cost data and support decision-making.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and quantity surveying software.
Good communication skills in English.
