Review MEP design drawings (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) and check shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submittals.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and method statements.
Monitor contractors’ performance and productivity.
Prepare and track MEP work schedules and identify delays and propose recovery plans.
Monitor daily/weekly progress against the project timeline.
Ensure all MEP works comply with site safety regulations.
Ensure work follows approved drawings and method statements and control contractors and daily site activities.
Supervise testing of systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) and support final project completion and client handover.
Provide MEP technical support and training and ccoordinate with contractors and ensure smooth workflow.

Job Requirements

Must have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Ensure all MEP works meet specifications and standards and conduct inspections and testing checks.
Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and ELV.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD (will be an advantage)
Strong experience in site supervision and installation methods.
Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams.
Familiar with material control and site logistics.
Identify and resolve technical and site issues quickly.
Good communication skills in English.
