Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Ensure that stores are stocked with the right types and quantities of products at the right time.
  • Work and communicate with the warehouse team, inventory control team, and sales team.
  • Monitor store inventory based on sales and intake.
  • Recommendation for monthly Promotion with seasonal products.
  • Forecasting sales and profits, and planning budgets.
  • Weekly replenishment to stores & deposit counters.
  • Collaboration with supply chain & Logistics team for FDA application.
  • VM Order & VM merchandising (Ensuring that merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf placement.).
  • Monitoring slow-moving items and ensuring that best-sellers meet their full potential.
  • Couching new merchandisers to conduct their merchandising tasks.
  • Execute merchandising strategy & deliver the process to juniors to conduct their tasks.
  • Monitoring and analyzing Digital and E-commerce sales data & operation processes.
  • Initiate, and organize the team to execute some merchandising processes to finish on time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of merchandising or related experience.
  • Strong mathematical and logical thinking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft skills, preferably advanced in Excel.
  • Skilled in forecasting and staying updated on beauty trends.
  • Effective negotiation and influencing abilities.
