Responsibilities
• Handling your respective Commission brands, such as Fashion, Cosmetic & Fragrance, Mun & Baby, Electronics and Household, Conveniences Store, Gifting & Stationery, Shoes and Bags, Toy Zone..etc.
• Keep record of product ordering, receiving and returning process and updating in the system in time to time.
• Responsibility of barcode creating and barcode providing to respective brand staffs all the time.
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
• Checking the status of respective brand on the shop floor and also need to be update of trendy and customer wanting products in the market.
• Need to be aligned with promotion and discount rate with your respective brand.
• Vendors/Suppliers negotiation is must and require of product knowledge and product information.
• Stock takes, inventory record and inventory controlling for updating must be done by weekly or bi weekly of your respective brands.
• Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives.
• Analysts’ sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
• Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
