Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Oversee the entire merchandising process from development, sample approval, costing, to final shipment tracking.
Manage import/export documentation, customs clearance processes, and logistics coordination for raw materials (fabrics & accessories) and finished goods.
Act as the primary point of contact for international buyers and raw material suppliers to negotiate prices, lead times, and terms.
Handle fabric consumption calculations, CMT/CMP costing, and budgeting to maximize profit margins.
Collaborate closely with the Production, QA/QC, and Planning departments to ensure on-time delivery and strict quality compliance.

Job Requirements

Open to Locals or Internationals, and Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of solid experience in Garment Merchandising and Commercial/Logistics roles within a CMP / CMT setup.
Good command of English and Chinese for communication with buyer, material suppliers, headquarters and professional reporting.
Strong knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, international shipping laws, and ERP/merchandising software.
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication skills. Willingness to relocate and adapt to the working environment in Myanmar.
