Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

1.Lead and manage the Sales Migration team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.

2.Develop and implement comprehensive sales migration plans for existing customers, ensuring a seamless transition to new products and services.

3.Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and existing service plans to create customized migration proposals.

4.Communicate effectively with sales representatives and customer service teams to ensure a coordinated migration process.

5.Develop and oversee training programs for the migration team on new products, services, and migration procedures.

6.Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer migration, including adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

7.Identify and mitigate potential challenges during the migration process, ensuring a positive customer experience.

8.Collaborate with other departments, such as Product Development, Technical support team, to streamline the migration process.

9.Stay updated on industry trends and new technology advancements in telecom services

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within the telecommunications industry.

Proven experience in leading and managing successful migration projects.

Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management principles.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in developing and delivering training programs.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
