Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

1.Analyze customer data and identify factors contributing to customer churn.

2.Develop and implement targeted retention strategies, including win-back campaigns, loyalty programs, and renewal incentives.

3.Proactively engage with at-risk customers to understand their concerns and address their needs.

4.Manage and oversee the customer retention budget effectively.

5.Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention, such as churn rate, customer lifetime value, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).

6.Collaborate with other departments, such as Technical support team, and Product Development, to create a seamless and positive customer experience.

7.Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to develop innovative retention strategies.

8.Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements

 

1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2.Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer retention, account management, or a related field.

3.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer retention programs.

4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

6.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

7.Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.

8.Understanding of customer lifecycle management principles.
