Position Summary

1. Stationery Products (Ball Pen, Pencil, Marker, Office Supplies စသည်) များကို Modern Trade Channel များ (Supermarket, Mini Mart, Convenience Store, Book Store Chain နှင့် Retail Chain များ) အတွင်း အရောင်းမြှင့်တင်ရန်၊ Customer Relationship ကောင်းမွန်စေရန်နှင့် Sales Target များ ပြည့်မီစေရန် တာဝန်ယူ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။

Key Responsibilities

1. Modern Trade Customer များနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းဆက်ဆံရေး ကောင်းမွန်စွာ တည်ဆောက်ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။
2. Outlet များသို့ ပုံမှန်သွားရောက်၍ Product Display, Shelf Space နှင့် Stock Availability များကို စစ်ဆေးရန်။
3. Purchase Order (PO) များကို Follow-up ပြုလုပ်ပြီး အချိန်မီ Delivery ရောက်ရှိစေရန် သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများနှင့် ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
4. Slow Moving Items နှင့် Fast Moving Items များကို သုံးသပ်၍ အရောင်းမြှင့်တင်ရေး အကြံပြုချက်များ တင်ပြရန်။
5. Competitor Product များ၏ ဈေးနှုန်း၊ Promotion နှင့် Marketing Activities များကို လေ့လာတင်ပြရန်။
6. Sales Report, Stock Report နှင့် Market Feedback Report များကို အချိန်မီ တင်ပြရန်။
7. Company Policy နှင့် SOP များကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။

1. ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခု ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
2. Sales & Marketing Diploma/Certificate ရှိပါက ဦးစားပေးမည်။
3. Trading၊ Stationery သို့မဟုတ် Consumer Goods လုပ်ငန်းတွင် Modern Trade Sales အတွေ့အကြုံ (၂) နှစ်နှင့်အထက် ရှိရမည်
4. Modern Trade Channel များနှင့် တိုက်ရိုက်လုပ်ကိုင်ဖူးသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
5. Microsoft Excel, Word နှင့် PowerPoint အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
6. Problem Solving နှင့် Time Management Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
7. Communication Skills & Negotiation Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
8. Sales Analysis နှင့် Reporting Skills ရှိရမည်။
