A Big Opportunity for ...

High-Speed Content Creation: Rapidly design high-quality graphic assets for Facebook and TikTok across three distinct pages.
Event Branding: Design all necessary materials for our competitions and events, including backdrops, certificates, banners, posters, and participant badges.
Video Editing: Produce and edit engaging, short-form video content (TikToks/Reels) using modern mobile or desktop tools.
AI Integration: Use AI tools to streamline workflows, generate assets, and maintain a fast turnaround time without losing quality.
Multi-Brand Management: Switch seamlessly between the visual styles of MON, T&H, and Gravity throughout the day.
Strict Quality Control: Maintain a zero-tolerance policy for typos or formatting errors. Your attention to detail must remain sharp even under tight deadlines.

Job Requirements

Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Canva or Adobe Photoshop. (Fluency in both is a significant plus).
Video Skills: Experience using simple video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot) to create trendy content for TikTok.
AI Literacy: Familiarity with using AI to enhance design speed and creativity.
Extreme Attention to Detail: You must be highly organized and meticulous. We need someone who double-checks every word and every alignment.
Speed & Work Ethic: Ability to work fast and stay productive. We are looking for a proactive professional—not someone who needs to be chased for results.
Reliability: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously for different brands.
