Job Descriptions:

The national sales Manager should achieve the company’s sales objectives. National Sales Manager leads the nationwide sales team function in the country to develop & implement the sales strategy in line with overall company objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

• Allocate national target area-wise and product-wise as the market potential and business needs.

• Regular visits to market & supervising the sales team to build long-term client relationships.

• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and modern trade.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

• Coordinate with marketing and brand managers team to ensure effective implementation of all trade activity.

• Negotiate and close agreements with all potential customers.

• Building a high-performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance.

• Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities.

• NSM should maintain a minimum of 20 key customers (as connect customers) lists date posting every month to add more value addition in the customer service relations. The lists should not overlap with ASM/Supervisor lists.

• Weekly report to GM regarding activity and sales.

Job Requirements

Desired Skills and Expertise

  • Male or Female age (35) and above.
  • Any Graduate (or)  MBA, Sale & Marketing , Sales & Sales Management
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and long hours
  • Previous working experience as a National Sales  Manager for (7) years
  • In-depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team
  • Applicable experience of sales performance metrics
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills
  • Analytical and data-driven problem solver
