This position will be responsible for managing end-to-end New Business (NB) operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

This role requires strong coordination with both internal and external stakeholders, oversight of operational monitoring and reporting activities, process improvement initiatives, project coordination, and support for operational needs.

• Operations Project Management: Support planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery of Operations projects, ensuring actions, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder updates are managed effectively.
• Data Management: Oversee operational data accuracy, completeness, governance, reporting readiness, data cleansing, and data quality improvement activities to support sound decision-making.
• Digital Transformation: Contribute to process automation, system enhancement, digitization, workflow improvement, and adoption of digital tools to improve efficiency, control, and customer experience.
• People Management: Support team coordination, workload monitoring, coaching, knowledge sharing, capability building, and performance follow-up to strengthen team effectiveness.
• Change Management: Assist in managing operational change initiatives, including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communication, training coordination, adoption tracking, and post-implementation support.
• Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities, assignments, and management requests that support departmental goals, governance requirements, and business priorities.
• BAU Support: Provide hands-on support for day-to-day business-as-usual Operations activities when needed to ensure service continuity, issue resolution, and timely operational delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Insurance, or related fields.
• Insurance certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in New Business operations, underwriting coordination, or process management.
• Proven experience in UAT, sanction screening, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
