  • Monitoring the RMS for Power Infrastructure (DG & Cabinet), DWDM and IP.
  • Reporting & Escalation as per Escalation Matrix.
  • Collection RCA, NPI Evidence & Analysis Report.
  • Stand by Rotational shift working for NOC task & Assign.
  • Coordination between NOC team and O&M team to improve defined SLA.
  • 24/7 proactively monitor and troubleshoot on Power Assets.

  • BE Graduated (EC, IT, EP)
  • Fresher and Experience candidate  as a NOC Engineer.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
