We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNation job fair Yangon on 21st-March-2026 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

Job Purpose

In this role, you will look at the big picture to turn business needs into clear, reusable designs that solve problems and respect the user's time. You will create everything from basic user flows to final interactive prototypes, building reusable UI parts like buttons and icons along the way. A key part of your job is managing and updating our central design system so that all our platforms look good and work the same way. You will also smoothly hand off your designs to the development team with clear instructions so they can build them easily. As you work, you will keep learning new tools and mixing them with your creativity to build better experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the design team, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and goals.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts and interactions.
  • Design and iterate on user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and usability best practices.
  • Develop and deliver esthetically appealing concepts, UX/UI design, wireframes, interactive prototypes, mock ups and final solutions based on user centric design process
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles , Generative AI , Design System and methodologies.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design skills and processes.
  • Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to internal teams and clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with UI/UX design
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, or similar and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end customer journey
  • Prepare documentation to clearly communicate design ideas and prototypes to other designers and to developers.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
